So, I'm trying to get in the habit of exercising more. Roommate and I have started going to the Fitness Center again. We tried to go yesterday, but they were closing. We did go Monday and Wednesday. Right now we only work out for 30 mins. I have mostly been concentrating on my arms, but I have also been doing stuff for my abs and back. We have also started going out for walks. Not short 5 min walks, but long 1 hour walks. It gives us a chance to really talk about stuff, like relationships, confidence levels, and future-ness stuff. It's been good. We usually talk about this stuff throughout the day, but the walks allow us to really talk about it, stuff we don't tell each other.
Really hoping that this exercise routine keeps up. I usually feel better after exercising. Plus, I would like to one day be able to lift heavy objects or run at least a mile without having to stop for breath every 2 mins. Also, the walking gets me outside for long periods of time. So, that's good.

I've been drinking water all day and I still haven't reached 64 ounces. This is gonna be hard. :(
